You’ve found a member’s wallet and want to notify them? You’ve already phoned them, but to be sure, type a message in the Need Info field of their profile. The next time they scan in, your message will display on screen when they confirm their identity. Use this feature for other temporary messages, for example, “We need your new address”, or “Your contract is ready for signing”, or simply “Please come to the front desk”. Remember to clear the field after each use.
